The new general development mailing list for Jutil.org is org-jutil-devel@lists.sourceforge.net.
The previous mailing list was a yahoogroups mailing list, but we don't want to enforce people to create yet another account. You can't browse the old archive (not much there btw) without a yahoo account. The archive can be found at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jutil-org-dev/
